Wellroundedkids View Preview Policy

Most of our videos are available for preview. Please call first to find out which titles are available for preview. Each preview costs $15.00 and must be paid for at the time of purchase by check, money order or credit card. The $15.00 covers the cost of shipping and handling. If you decide to keep the video, the $15.00 preview fee will be credited toward the purchase price.

1) prepare your request

A letter on official  stationery must be mailed or faxed to the address at left. Please list the titles that you would like to preview, with their order codes. Please include your street address (we cannot ship to post office boxes), your phone and fax number with the extension.   We will not accept preview requests via email. All requests must be either faxed or mailed. Previews cost $15.00 to cover shipping and handling.

2) shipment

Once we have received your request, you can expect to receive your preview(s) within 14 business days. 

3) preview rules

1) Videos in your possession should be handled with care. Any damage to videos while in your possession are your responsibility.

2) If you decide not to keep the videos and we received them damaged you will be billed for them.

3) Please be aware of the due date on the preview form. All videos are due back at Wellroundedkids' office by the date listed on your invoice. If we have not received the preview(s) by the due date we will attempt to call you. If we cannot reach you, your retention of the videos will signify to us that you want us to bill you for the videos. We allow extensions in some circumstances, however they must be arranged before the due date.

4) All videos should be sent back insured mail and include a copy of your receipt and preview form. We are not responsible for videos received damaged.
