Inquiring Minds: Planes, Pains, and Stress
Flying, diving, and everyday life. In this program, students get a better understanding of
their bodies' natural reactions to different types of stress, including jet lag, being
under water, and getting frightened. Students will also learn about their bodies'
"master clock" and how their bodies function at different parts of the day; what
makes it possible to breathe under water; and how the meaning behind "flight or
fight" was originated.
