FEELINGS IN A JARŪ
Pull any of over 600 cards, read the feeling, and act it out. Or
describe a time when you felt that way and ask others to guess the
feeling. Or make a mental note of how often (or rarely) you notice
that feeling in yourself or others. The cards describe many different
feelingsgleeful, insecure, grateful, angry, cranky, courageous,
hopeful and lots more. Suggestions for different games are included,
but dont stop there. Come up with your own. A great way to get kids
(and adults) to think about, name, and express their feelings, this
is also an excellent icebreaker for groups. The 3" tall recyclable
plastic screwtop jar is safe for home or classroom. All ages.
