Strategies to Help the Children in Our Lives Excel in All That They Do

The Affirmation Game
.
The Affirmation Game is great ice breaker teachers can use to help students learn about their classmates and a helpful aide to help enable children to learn about empathy. The first three questions are general in nature with the remaining two being more personal. Students are divided into groups of 4. Each group is given a handout with a list of 5 questions. Each student in the group has to answer the questions. As you go around the room you can ask students at random to explain why they chose certain responses.

You can cut and past this (below) to use in your own class.
