When Is it Time to Get a Tutor?

For every cause there is an effect. If you want to eat you buy food. If you want to pass a test you study. When students don’t excel in school is it because they don’t study? Not necessarily. For some students certain concepts are harder to grasp than others. They may study and still fail. Sometimes the thing that’s necessary is extra help by way of a tutor.

Here are some steps you can take to check if your child needs a tutor.

1)      After repeated practice of the material your child still is not performing well.

2)      You as the parent/guide cannot make headway with the child. You have tried to tutor your child but they just don’t seem to get it.

3)      You check your child’s notebook and he has stopped doing homework or class work in the problem subject.

Getting a tutor is beneficial to your child. Unless you’re a full time parent it may be hard to give your child the dedicated amount of time they require. Paying someone to tutor your child will ensure that they get the attention the need to excel
